Designed to work seamlessly with Schaller-style strap locks (not included), the sturdy solid brass construction of Acousti-Lok provides the reassurance you seek. With various Acousti-Lok designs available, it’s essential to ensure you select one that is compatible with your acoustic guitar's output jack. Note that Acousti-Lok is unsuitable for recessed or flush mount jacks.

Compatibility

The Acousti-Lok is compatible with a broad range of guitars, including most Martin Guitars with Fishman Electronics, Taylor Guitars manufactured up to 2002, Switchcraft output jacks, K&K Sound Pure Mini and Pure Classic, as well as LR Baggs Element Bronze.

Correct Installation Position

To ensure proper function, the Acousti-Lok must be slightly tilted back towards your body while playing.

• Taylor Acousti-Lok MN272: Specifically crafted for Taylor Guitars equipped with a 9 Volt Expression System battery box.

• For 3 Screw Output Jacks & End Pins MN273: Tailored for 3-screw output jacks and endpins featured on Taylor Guitars with ES-B or ES-Go, and several other guitar brands.

• QuickSecure Conversion Kit MN274: Enables you to transform Acousti-Lok Part Numbers MN270, MN271, and MN272 into a non-strap lock button. This is particularly advantageous for acoustic guitars where the strap button and output jack are combined, simplifying attachment around the strap button.
